Members may reserve to the end of year while non-members may reserve two weeks in advance.

Do you prefer to shoot by yourself? Do you want a quiet area to do some instruction with friends? Do you dislike the idea of strangers shooting next to you or your family? Do you want to setup multiple targets without having to worry about people joining you?

If so, Cedar Ridge Range (CRR) has several options when it comes to Bay rentals. You or your group can rent by the hour or the entire day, you can be all alone or have 500+ of your closest family & friends join you (of course manage and do parties/business outings/group instruction/etc.).

What do you get with a CRR Bay rental?
-You and whoever else you choose will have one Bay to yourself in one hour blocks.
-One frame and target stand per person (5 CRR frames maximum if possible).
-Shoot and move while out on the dirt.
-The ability to bring your own targets or rent from CRR’s large inventory of various steel, moving targets and turning targets to recreate your favorite real life scenario or IPSC, IDPA, SC, etc stage.
-A three sided Bay constructed of bullet stopping DIRT so you don’t have to worry about the people on the adjacent bays.

Numbered Bay rental: Bays 5-7* (see rules at bottom) are available to rent as listed below and can accommodate rifle/pistol/shotgun.

Monday/Tuesday (excluding when open for the general public)- $35 per person, per day PLUS $150 per hour with a two hour minimum and two person minimum charge. This option is not always available and must be reserved with a $370 non-refundable deposit paid at least two days in advance.

Wednesday thru Friday – The daily range fee PLUS $22 per hour. $15 per hour for CRR Members.

Saturday and Sunday – The daily range fee PLUS $40 per hour until 2pm, after 2pm the hourly rate is $30 per hour. $30 hour until 2pm and $20 hour after 2pm for CRR Members

Letter Bay rental: Delta thru Hotel Bays* (see rules at bottom) are the Bays at the back of the property where Premier Members shoot and the clubs hold their matches.

Monday/Tuesday (excluding when open for the general public) – $45 per person, per day PLUS $200 per hour with a two hour minimum and two person minimum charge. This option is not always available and must be reserved with a $470 non-refundable deposit paid at least two days in advance. Premier Members pay $125 per hour with a two hour minimum and with any guests paying $45 per person, per day.

Wednesday thru Friday – $45 per person, per day PLUS $40 per hour. Premier Member guests pay $30 per person, per day and $20 per hour.

Saturday and Sunday – $45 per person, per day PLUS $75 per hour until 2pm. After 2pm it’s $45 per person, per day PLUS $45 per hour. Premier Member guests pay $30 per person, per day and $40 per hour until 1pm. After 1pm its $30 per person, per day and $30 per hour.

Unless otherwise noted, reservations start when you check in and end when you check out. Check in/clock running starts after you or any member of your group checks in and pays any necessary deposits. If you’re check out time hasn’t been recorded by CRR staff, you are still on the clock. Check out time is defined as you and your gear completely off of your Bay (left as you found it).

Private LETTER Bay Rental Rules

Each Cedar Ridge Range (hereinafter the “CRR” ) private bay operates following the rules exactly as laid out below. ANY infraction will result in you and very possibly the rest of your group paying for all damages and being banned from CRR property for life without refund. If you are unsure about anything, ask CRR staff beforehand. The following rules apply only to the private bays. NO SHOOTING BEFORE 9am. Please initial at the end of each line, your initial shows you agree and will follow the rule. All rules must be initialed and you must also sign the closing statement for you to use firearms.

  • All bullets must impact the back berm OR side berm (all side berm impacts must be within 10 yards of the back berm), for every shooter AND their off target shots. ____
  • There is only one firing line for your Bay, you will never have individuals shooting or handling firearms (empty or not) behind the firing line. Said another way, all shooting and handling takes place on one line parallel to the back berm. ____
  • Safe firearms handling at all times. Never point a firearm at something you are not OK with destroying. Firearms will be transported carried up or down if they are not cased. ____
  • A MAXIMUM OF FIVE (5) PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO BE SHOOTING AT ANY ONE TIME. ____
  • No matter who owns the steel plates or their design, rifle cartridges whether they be subsonic or frangible rounds, are NOT allowed on steel targets. ____
  • No matter who owns the steel plates or their design, you MUST be a minimum of ten (10) yards away from the steel plate you are engaging. ____
  • No shotgun slugs nor steel shot may be used on steel targets. ____
  • You must purchase a shotgun frame or rent a steel target if shooting ANY type of shotgun shell cartridge. ____
  • All targets must be affixed to the frame, holder/pole, etc. NO moving ground targets, flying targets, exploding targets or targets not made of steel of target paper. ____
  • You must ensure no steel plate splatter damages CRR paper frames or other equipment. This is normally achieved by placing the steel target behind the paper or well in front. You will be charged for damages due to splatter or poor aim. ____
  • All of your personally supplied steel targets, paper target holders and any other target must be approved by CRR staff before use. ____
  • All steel targets must be placed so the strike face is parallel to the back berm and perpendicular with the side berms. ____
  • ANY STEEL PLATE DAMAGE DIRECTLY DONE BY YOU HAS A MINIMUM $250 CHARGE PER PLATE OR STEEL PLATE ACCESSORY. ____
  • Eye and ear protection is mandatory for everyone on the bay. ____
  • You must always adhere to the 180 degree rule. ____
  • All shooting must take place from inside the confines of your bay. ____
  • Drawing must be done from the strong side only while not sweeping yourself with your muzzle. ____
  • You must hit your paper target 100% of the time. ____
  • Semi-auto fire only. No binary triggers, forced reset, bumpstocks or bump firing, etc. ____
  • You may keep only the brass from your party, if not you can leave it where it lands. ____
  • Leave the range as you found it, pick up all your trash including shotgun hulls. ____
  • A ceasefire must be called to go downrange of the firing line to change targets, spray paint, etc. Before anyone goes downrange, all firearms are cleared (all ammo removed, actions left open or holstered) and anyone remaining at the firing line keeps their hands empty of all items. ____
  • Before final payment can occur the bay and any CRR equipment must be inspected by CRR staff. ____ TURN PAPER OVER

The Undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend CRR and any of its employees, directors, officers or agents from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands or lawsuits arising out of, related to or connected with: the discharge of firearms; any advice or instructions; target materials, the range, buildings, land and premises used for firearms rentals or shooting firearms (hereinafter the “Premises”); the Undersigned’s presence on or use of said Premises; and any and all acts or omissions of the Undersigned. And should any such claim, demand or lawsuit arise or be asserted in any way whatsoever related thereto, whether arising under the laws of the United States or of any State, or under any theory of law or equity, the Undersigned will indemnify, hold harmless and defend CRR, from any and all costs, expenses or liability including, but not limited to, the cost of any settlement or judgment made or rendered against CRR, whether individually, jointly, or in solido with the Undersigned, together with all costs of court and other costs or expenses incurred in connection with any such claim, demand or lawsuit, including attorney’s fees. The Undersigned furthermore waives for himself/herself and his/her executors, administrators or heirs, any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands and any other actions whatsoever, which he/she may have or which may arise against the CRR, (including, but not limited to any and all injuries, damages or illnesses suffered by the Undersigned or the Undersigned’s property), which may, in any way whatsoever, arise out of, be related to or be connected with: firearm rentals; the Premises, including any latent defect in the Premises; the Undersigned’s presence on or use of said Premises; and the discharge of firearms. CRR shall not be liable for, and the Undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her executors, administrators, assignee’s or heirs, hereby expressly releases CRR from any and all such claims. The Undersigned hereby expressly assumes the risk of entering the Premises and of taking part in activities on the Premises, which include, but are not limited to, instruction in the use of firearms, the discharge of firearms and the firing of live ammunition. The Undersigned furthermore hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understands and will at all times abide by all CRR range rules and procedures. This instrument binds the Undersigned and his/her executors, administrators, assignee’s or heirs.

Number Bay Rentals (as you drive in)
